The construction industry has begun to adopt industrialized construction models as an alternative to traditional methods, driven by the high demand for housing, the shortage of skilled labor, and the instability in material prices.
This industrialization is presented as an effective solution to ensure rapid and quality production in the sector. It is crucial for construction professionals to familiarize themselves with these new methods and align them with sustainability criteria.
Therefore, Grupo Lobe will be present at the I Technical Congress on Industrialized and Sustainable Construction organized by the Official Association of Surveyors and Technical Architects of Madrid through the Construction Technological Hub, which will take place on October 15 and 16. Experts from the sector will share technical knowledge about this new way of building.
Juan Carlos Bandrés, General Director of Grupo Lobe, will deliver a presentation on the 15th at 12:45 titled "Industrialized Construction = Industrial Sector? A New Sector." In this talk, he will delve into the convergence between industrialized construction and innovation. He will analyze how this emerging sector not only transforms our construction practices but also raises a fundamental question: can we consider construction as a industrialized sector?
